Appointments

 

We schedule our appointments as follows:

7:30am-11:00am / 1:00pm-4:30pm - Mon., Tues., Wed. and Thurs.

7:30am-2:30pm - Wed. (Summer Hours)

7:30am-11:00am - Fri.

 

We schedule our last operative appointment at 2:30pm (Monday-Thursday).

Appointments on Fridays are only for the placement & removal of orthodontics.

 

It is our goal to schedule our patient's appointments at their convenience. Please contact the office 24 hours prior to the time you are scheduled to be seen if you will not be able to keep an appointment.

 

Insurance

We will take your insurance information and call to get your breakdown of benefits. Once we receive that information, we will enter it into our computer. The computer will then estimate what your insurance will cover and what your portion will be. We will file your dental claim as a courtesy to you. If your insurance does not pay what you expected, we ask that you contact them directly. We do not file any medical claims.

 

Financial Arrangements

Payment is due at the time of service. Account balances over $300 can apply for Care Credit.
