Our Office.

Our goal is to provide a warm and caring atmosphere for your child. Our waiting room offers a wonderful play room in order to keep your child entertained while waiting for their appointment. Flat screen TV’s are located in the waiting room and operatories. Parents are always welcome in our operatory area. We feel that it is up to the parent to decide whether or not their child will benefit from their presence. This gives the parent an opportunity to see that their child is being treated in a loving and nurturing manner. Often times the child feels a sense of security knowing their parent is by their side.

We use state-of-the-art technology in order to provide your child with the highest level of dental care. This includes digital x-rays to minimize your child’s exposure to radiation. This will also allow you to view your child’s x-rays on the computer screen.

All insurance claims are filed electronically. Having faster communication with your insurance company will give us the guidance to help answer questions concerning your dental benefits.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered, which includes self-pay, insurance co-pays and/or deductibles. A current insurance card must be presented before services are rendered. We accept a variety of insurance plans and as a courtesy to you, our front office staff will try to answer your insurance questions and submit dental claims. However, the remainder of the balance after insurance will be the responsibility of the individual who brought the child in on the date of service. We do offer 12 month interest free financing available upon approval. We also accept all major credit cards. We realize information surrounding dental health care can be difficult and confusing at times, which is why we are here to assist in this process.
